Below are some of my favorite links .. mostly related to hiking in general.

• Google Earth - This gives you the best view anywhere in the world

Las Vegas Hiking

• Bird and Hike - Probably the best inventory of hikes, nature, etc in and around Las Vegas
• Around the Bend Friends - A hiking club for seniors (55+) .. but don't let the word 'senior' think this is all leisurely. The advanced group can out hike/scramble any other group in Las Vegas.
• Vegas Hikers - Another hiking group .. for all ages and all skill levels.  I would recommend this group for anybody hiking in the Las Vegas Area
